Continuing my culinary experiments, I decided to make bofrot (puff puff) and african pepper sauce for the first time. I found this lovely blog, Immaculate Bites, that has a lot of recipes I want to try. I noticed that there are a lot of youtube channels dedicated to food. While some feature international cuisine, not many represent Africa. This clip starts my mini-series as a Diasporan cooking African food.
