Continuing my culinary experiments, I decided to make bofrot (puff puff) and african pepper sauce for the first time. I found this lovely blog, Immaculate Bites, that has a lot of recipes I want to try. I noticed that there are a lot of youtube channels dedicated to food. While some feature international cuisine, not many represent Africa. This clip starts my mini-series as a Diasporan cooking African food. Of course, I picked the one that requires the most practice first. No worries, it still tasted good. Below are the recipe boxes from Immaculate Bites. If you are interested in learning how to cook African cuisine, you should check out her blog and continue following my cooking series. Enjoy!
